How to apply Gold discount to booking thermal spa before boarding?

We have 10% Gold discount for booking Thermal Spa passes.  Is there a way to apply this discount when booking them online before boarding? I'm logged in so our Voyager's club numbers are attached to the cruise booking already but when I go to checkout no Gold discount is applied to the purchase.

 

Any suggestions?

I’m not positive, but I think the prices shown on line include any discounts you are entitled to. I know it is that way on excursions, internet, etc.

I don't think you can apply the discount beforehand.  However, as a gold member, I think you get a single complementary thermal spa session, so you can head to the spa, book that, and then they would be able to apply the appropriate discounts to whatever else you may choose to book.
