Best Tequila Shop

I'm going to be cruising on Carnival and have stops in Cozumel and Costa Maya.  Which has the best tequila shop at the port?

For ports, both are about the same inside the complex.

For better selection, Cozumel with its two grocery store and Covi Liquors plus some good tequila bars downtown would be the best bet, especially if you're looking for tequila or mezcal not sold in US. 

Probably cheaper prices than in port as well.
