Anyone know if NCL provides transportation included to and from The Crab Fisherman’s Excursion in Ketchikan from Wards Cove?

I know that NCL has the free shuttles but in the tour description it says time on the A Ballad is 3 hours, time on transportation is 1 and a half hours. I don’t want assume this means that the tour has a bus just for the tour participants. The tight arrival and departure times are giving me pause. I’ve heard about long waits for the Ward Cove shuttle back to the ship.

I can't imagine them not having a bus just for the tour participants.  Otherwise it would be chaos.  
 

If there are enough people from NCL signed up and there is dock space, I would think they would consider moving the Aleutian Ballad to Ward Cove to pick up passengers.

I have never been on a ship-sponsored excursion where I had to worry about any kind of transportation. It's always been arranged. If I was booking this, I wouldn't even give it a second thought. But that's just me.
