Port Bimini

Bimini was 1 of our ports on our cruise 2 weeks ago. Our first time to Bimini. Absolutely loved it! You can either take the tram or walk (12 min) into the little marina type village area where there is a bar, a couple of resort- type shops, ice cream/gelato place, etc. There are also several golf cart vendors, ranging from $80-100/day for a golf cart. We rented one and drove alllll over the island. Hit 4 different beaches. Had some lunch. Visited the craft market (small).Very easy island to navigate and LOTS of cruisers using golf carts. One end is the Hilton Resort/Casino area and the other side is the actual town. Lots of bars/restaurants along the way. Beaches were gorgeous! Calm water. A fun, relaxing day touring the island on our own. Felt very safe the entire time.
