Skagway excursion timing question in regards to rock-slides construction

I'm really irritated by this.  Our June 19th sailing on Quantum is skipping Skagway for Icy Strait Point, and they have zero excursions listed in the planner.  Skagway was the entire point of our cruise.  We would have rebooked had the info been available in January or February before time-off was locked in and flights were booked. 

I get that rocks happen, but c'mon.  It's been a year now.  This wasn't a surprise.

Well I sure hope the CLAA website is wrong because it shows our Radiance of the Seas not even being in port in Skagway on Wednesday May 24th and there are only 2 other boats in on that day. Last time I had checked where we docked, we were supposed to be on the best one for the situation. I have not received any notification from RC of any changes.
