Another travel insurance question

What should I be looking for in travel insurance. We are a family of 5, I have 3 kids who will be 12, 7 and 2 (My husband and my self are 41). We are all in good health, have no preexisting conditions. So what should I be looking for. I see there are many different types you can choose from.We could book it through our travel agent, who wants to charge us 69$ each person(for the first 4 people) and 45$ for the 5th person. Does this sound like a lot, average? I have no idea. Any help would be great.
