Folio after cruise

Does virgin voyage send a copy of your folio after you get off the ship? If not how do you get a copy?

You can get it from the wallet part of the app and it gets emailed to you after disembarking too.

Mine came via email with in 24 hours on my last 5 cruises.

Good Afternoon! I disembarked yesterday at around 8:45 am. Folio invoice was emailed at 12:29 pm.

We never received ours but I called and they sent it out to us the next  day

I've just checked the two voyages I've been on. One time there was unused loot ($11), the other was a small loot overspend ($0.51). Both generated an email however the underspend arrived much later after disembarking. In both cases within 24 hours.

 

The email comes from folio_no_reply@virginvoyages.com with the subject in the format of Virgin Voyages Folio Invoice for [SAILOR_NAME] - [SHIP_NAME]

We debarked at 10h15 this past Sunday in Barcelona, and mine showed up in my inbox at 11h24 local time.    Scott.
