Plitvice National Park, Croatia

Has anyone done this excursion and how would you rate it. Seems a bit pricey at £75 pp. Thanks.

We've booked the trip for May, do note that the entrance prices for the Park are quite high and I assume are incuded in the £75.  (Prices subject to variation depending on exchange rates).

It's also a full day trip.
 

• Jan, Feb, March & Nov, December: 10 Euro or 11.85 US$
• April, May & October: 23.5 Euro or 26.5 US$
• June, July, August & September: 40 Euro or 44.5 US$

Plitvice is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous scenery on they way and generally good guides

As an update from previous post, we did the trip in May. Entrance is included and the guide was good. We had planned to do our own thing, but the guide said that the 'train' (a road train) back to the entrance sometimes got very busy and they would then move the coach back to a different entrance to pick us up - so had to stay with the group.

Do be aware that the temperature at the park is significantly cooler than at the coast, several of our tour had to buy extra clothes at the park. P&O should mention this is the tour details.

Also note that there is significant walking over uneven paths and boardwalks over the water.
