Hoe many formal nights on a 15 day cruise?

Going on a 15 day Panama cruise in January.  How many formal nights will there be?  I looked on the Carnival site, but couldn't find it.  Also how formal are they?

There will be two "elegant evenings" and one formal-ish "throwback sea day".  I'll defer to others about how formal they are.  My initial answer would be "not very", but I'm sure it varies some by ship and its crew.

The ship will be the Dream.  What is a "throwback sea day"?  Thanks!

I'm not familiar with any of the ships or how strict their MDR staff are going to be.  That's really going to determine how formal things will be.  That, and peer pressure if you choose to give in to it.
