Where's a good spot on Rotterdam for a small group to meet to disembark together for a tour?

We'll be sailing on the Rotterdam this summer, first time on a Pinnacle class ship.  A small group of us will be taking a morning tour together (not a HAL tour), and want to meet on board before disembarking, so that we know we're all there and aren't looking for anyone down at the pier.  

 

Any suggestions for a good meeting place on the ship?  Preferably on a lower deck (so that we can easily get to the gangway), not too far from elevators, and someplace that's not likely to be very crowded early in the morning.

We went searching for a spot where there was no piped in music on her sister ship Konigsdsam, where one could just sit and read.

 

To our surprise it was also the Deck Two Ocean Bar .... and one of the side "rooms" at the top deck Crows Nest, opposite side from the very noisy coffee bar which was planted right next to their lousy excuse for a  "library".

 

On most other smaller and older ships, the Ocean bar was often the most lively place on the ship. Agree, on these ships it is one of the quietest - during the day.
