Hi Everyone-

Many have mentioned the fact that there is very little info about what to do beyond the Taino Bay or Amber Cay ports. I ventured into the world of "U" Tube and entered various searches and found quite a bit of good info!  Try searching using: "Puerto Plata Things to Do" "Taino Bay Things to Do" "Puerto Plata Excursions" "Puerto Plata/Taino Bay Tours" etc. Lots of good videos done by "regular" people.

I find YT to be a great source of seeing what there is to do in a new place, and you're absolutely right that there is more and more to see for Puerto Plata!  Thanks for the suggested search terms.
