Balcony Dinner for Four?

Hi everyone.

 

My husband and I have booked and paid for a Balcony Dinner for us on-line. We are in a Caribe Balcony on the Crown.

 

We have another couple cruising with us in an inside cabin. I would like to invite them to join us. I'm sure there would be room on our balcony.

 

My question is can I wait until we board to add them to our Balcony Dinner so that I can use my OBC to pay for them? Or do I have to change my booking and make it for four now and pay with my credit card?

I would wait until you were on board to attempt to arrange this.  Some of us here on CC have found that pre-booking things that are outside of the programming of the system doesn't work well on shore.  But once you get on board and are dealing with the staff, everything becomes easier to accomplish, and often more accurate.

Yes, you will have room. They do a great job on the Crown for the UBD.

 

I would book it for 2 now and when you get OB, call the RS and tell them what day and time you want to make sure to reserve it.  Tell them it will be for 4 and you will pay for it.

 

Yes, it will go on your folio, against your OBC, no problem.  We did exactly this on the Crown and did not have any problems.
