Can you upgrade the drink package once you board the ship?

On celebrity, we are able to upgrade the basic drink package to the premium one once we board for about $15-20 pp per day on a 7 day cruise.  Does MSC also allow this and if so, do you know roughly what the price would be for a 7 day Caribbean cruise?

Yes you can do it at the same price you can do it before boarding PLUS the gratuity (which you avoid by booking in advance.) Worth it if you have OBC since you can't use that ahead of time.

Can you upgrade in advance?  We have whatever beverage package came free with wifi.

Yes, easily.  You pay the difference.  You can have your TA do it or call MSC.
