Civitavecchia- Luggage/Airline program?

Does NCL have a luggage agreement thing with airlines at FCO where you could leave your luggage outside your cabin and have it sent to the airport for you? If so, does anyone have a listing of what airlines participate? I'm going with a really small airline so I doubt they participate but I figured I would ask. 

 

I have to kill some time between debarking (I believe the latest you can get off is 9:30 AM but I'm not clear on it) and catching a 5:15 PM flight. There is an earlier flight at 10:00 AM but I doubt I would make it due to the distance and traffic between Civitavecchia and FCO (granted it would be a Sunday). 

 

I've been to Rome many times so trying to see what to do that's available via public transportation between FCO and Civitavecchia.

Wouldn't that be nice - but I don't think so.  The only port I know of with such a service is Seattle.

I think there are private companies that will ship your luggage home for a fee.

Does NCL offer a post-cruise excursion with airport drop off?  That would solve your issue.

I'm not interested in one. Like I said, I've been to Rome many times.
