I disagree with this sentiment.

 

Sure, some of carnival's ships are older and have outdated decor, but I've never seen a "jacked up" looking ship. I was actually pleasantly surprised last week to see Radiance looking great, and she was laid in the late 90's.

To be clear I was quoting someone else when I used the term jacked up. That would not necessarily be my term.
