Good experience with the Retreat desk

I just spent about 25 minutes on the phone with the Retreat desk.  I know how people sometimes complain about Celebrity, but I found them quite helpful.  I had a few basic questions.  When I apologized for taking up so much of their time, they were very nice about it.

Good to know! Can you share the number? I have e-mailed them a couple of times about our upcoming cruise in a retreat RS and have not heard back. Sending to theretreat@celebrity.com which was the e-mail address they contacted us from last cruise....
