Sorry, I can't vote. I'm always partial to seafood; however, I've never had better Beef Wellington or Chateaubriand than on Carnival - and you didn't list a beef category.

I had to answer desert but just because of the 24hr soft serve ice cream. That stuff is addictive.

Anything I don't have to cook myself, or clean up myself, is great! Also, the deSSerts are always good.

I had a pasta dish with shrimp & scallops on the Conquest. It was awesome. I hope they have it on the Imagination in September.

First of all, I love Carnival and think they do most things in the dining room very well. I think however that beef is not one of them. I'm sure it's what you're used to. I'm from the midwest and think their beef selections are at best ordinary. I would suspect that those on the coasts would think less of their seafood selections (which I think are wonderful.)
