Prima Embark Day Questions

Headed to Bermuda tomorrow on Prima.  A few questions I have not been able to get answers to despite reading through some great trip reports on this board!  Didn't want to hijack those threads, so just a few questions:

 

1.  Specialty restaurant reservation changes can be made in which public room upon embarkation?

 

2. Does Hudsons and Indulge open at 12 PM  first day or earlier (hoping against hope for an earlier embarkation).

 

3.  Recently, the Getaway was checking carried on luggage in the casino area prior to rooms being available.  Any one experience something similar on Prima recently?
