Missing credit?

Offer P74, booked 1/23. Received Plat benefits,exception $200 credit. Can't find original offer, suggestions TIA

I would call your PVP. If you booked with them. If by yourself not sure of that shows up on booking what code you used   But than call carnival they should help you out

Thank you, always book w/o PVP. Tried to reach out to customer service online, page unavailable. Lesson learned to take pic of offer before booking.

If you go to Carnival.com cruise manager page under the booking & order details tab click on invoice details and OBC should show up there.  There was a way someone posted on here to check on Carnival.com what offer you booked under but i cant remember where it was.

We sailed  29th thru 6th. That info is no longer available. I should have noticed early in the cruise that no credit was being applied. Tks for your suggestion, I'm going to let it go.

Log in and click "Booking & Order Details" tab

Next, click on "View Invoice Details" ( halfway down page on left side )

Down at the bottom left, where it says On-Board Credits, click the little down-arrow to expand the detail.  It should show all OBC's that you have been given.

Didn't work. Should have gone to Guest Services as soon as I noticed. No worries, they need cash right now more then me. Great cruise, best ever steward, loved cove cabin. Tks for all suggestions.
