Would this work for Malta blue lagoon and Taxi info

Our family would like to do a blue lagoon tour while we are in Malta.  We dock at Valleta and are there from 11am -7pm.  Most excursions seem to leave from Cirkewwa.  How easy is it to get a taxi from Valleta to Cirkewwa and back?  The excursion is about 4-5 hours.  Would this be doable?  I really want to see the blue lagoon and snorkel!  Thank you!!!!

It's very doable. Upon disembarkation you will see a kiosk for tours and a line of drivers/taxis. We grabbed a private car and were able to visit the Blue Lagoon with time to spare to wander Valletta.  Enjoy!

Bellaone - did you book this in advance?  I presumed that you needed a boat tour to do the Blue Lagoon. Would love to know more,  Thank you!

No, we actually just had our driver bring us to the dock where the (numerous) boats begin the tour, picked a boat, paid and off we went. The driver waited and brought us back to town afterwards. ENJOY!!!

What was the cost for the taxi & boat, approximately?
