AZluv Posted May 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2023 Hello! While we are in Paris, we wonder if dining in the Eiffel Tower would be fun? Any advice? Thank you, Ann and Michael
burnabyjean Posted May 9, 2023 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2023 We spent three days in Paris post-cruise last year. We had lunch at Madame Brasserie at the Eiffel Tower. It was very expensive (but less than dinner time), but SO worth it. We enjoyed it immensely. The first photo is the view from our table at lunch and the second photo was taken while waiting for the elevator to go up.
CILCIANRQTS Posted May 10, 2023 #3 Share Posted May 10, 2023 Had lunch at the Jules Verne. It was the most expensive lunch we’ve ever had, but since it was to celebrate a special occasion, we felt it was worth it.
JDincalif Posted May 10, 2023 #4 Share Posted May 10, 2023 We had dinner at Le Jules Verne. It was undeniably very expensive but what a way to experience the Eiffel Tower and Paris itself: long, leisurely dinner with fine food and wines and attentive service, incredible views of Paris from full daylight through dusk, lights slowly illuminating the city and its stunning monuments, boats twinkling on the Seine, even a brief rainstorm that provided a dramatic backdrop to the sparkling display on the Tower itself (no less dramatic seen from the inside). For us, this was truly a once in a lifetime experience and remains a cherished memory.

It turned out to be one of the highlights of years of travel. I was worried that the service might be "stuffy" as we are in no way foodies, but was pleasently surprised. Dusk to dark, splendid
