I was curious if anyone knows the helicopter tour company used for this excursion offered through Princess Cruise Linesl  TIA

I believe it was NorthStar when we did ours last year.

We did this in 2019.  I went back and checked my picture gallery...helicopter was marked "TEMSCO" which is a large flight operator in the area.

 It is Temsco. I did it just one week ago.
 

 

The seating is
1st row: Pilot-Pax-Pax
2nd row: Pax-Pax-Pax

Front right is the best seat, but the company decides seating upon weight and balance.

Northstar, did it this week.  Make sure your phone is charged up because you dont want to miss filming some of the sights.  I got a front row seat to myself!
