New to MSC and going on a 3 night taster from Southampton, not in yacht club and looking to book Butchers Cut restaurant for one of the nights.

I have the app but the only options that appear are either 2 or more nights or BC chefs table which is too expensive.  The same options appear on the website as well.  Does anyone know how to go about booking just the one night please?

You can only book a single night once you are onboard. Even with the prepaid packages you cannot book the actual day until boarding. Make sure you do it straight away, we are on right now, we booked with the concierge around 2pm on boarding day and could not get our first choice of time and day. Actually going tomorrow night.

Once on board, you do not make your booking at the Butcher's Cut but at a counter/station at L' Atelier Bar just outside the entrance to the Indochine Restaurant on deck 6 that is otherwise not identified but deals with all specialty restaurant bookings.
