Can you refresh my memory as to what was permitted at Cagney's on the meal plan? Was it 1 starter, 1 soup or salad, 1 entree with 2 sides and 1 dessert?  Thanks

Don't know why NCL doesn't show all these cozy restaurants when there are 5,000 hungry passengers fighting to get into them. That would be much more realitic.

We sail for the itinerary, not the ship. 
 

Our favorite ships are the Bliss and Encore. They are Breakaway Plus ships with the latest restaurants and entertainment venues. Big ships. Observation lounges. 
 

We also love the Prima and soon Viva. All of the newest venues and more with 1000 less passengers.
