Terminal AA/AAA at Port Miami Updates

I'm wondering if anyone has any updates on the state of construction for the new MSC Terminal at Port Miami. We're cruising in Spring of 2024 and hopeful to experience the new terminal and all it has to offer. If anyone has been by recently, or will be passing by soon, would you mind snapping some pics and sharing?

If you watch the webcam for a few minutes, the camera will eventually pan to show the new MSC terminal next to the new RCCL terminal which is next to the new NCL terminal.

Thanks for the reply Two Wheels. I've watched the live cams on occasion, and I guess I just haven't seen an angle that really shows the progress. For me, those 1st hand accounts seem to resonate better, but I guess I can resort to stalking a live feed if I don't see any other updates.
