Does Celebrity Silhouette serve cold Mocha Frappe in the Sky Observation Lounge?

I cruised on the Celebrity Eclipse and the Holland American Rotterdam a while back and I discovered that the most refreshing cold drink on a hot day was the Mocha Frappe which I bought in either the Sky Lounge on the Eclipse or the Crow's Nest on the Rotterdam. Since I went on so many cruises in so short of a time I was a little confused as to which ship that was on. Looking up drink menus on these ships I have been unable to find either ship listing frappes. Can anyone answer this question?

I thought the cafe (with specialty coffees) on Holland was in Crow's Nest (at least on some ships) and I don't recall any coffee (or blended) drinks being available in the Sky Lounge which I was just on last week (but I could be mistaken as this is not the type of drink I usually ask for).

The only place to get a frappe on Celebrity is in Cafe Al Baccio.

I am pretty confident that there is no coffee machine in the (Celebrity) Sky Observation lounge.

Get it at the Cafe Al Bacio the coffee shop.  Have not seen this in Sky Observation Lounge.
