Yet another move-up question……

We will be sailing on Celebrity Reflection on 17th July (Greek Islands and Malta) in a Sunset Sky suite. We have placed a move-up bid for a Royal suite and a Signature suite. Whilst I don’t hold out much hope of either of these being accepted, I am confused about what it means if we are successful and whether we can access the other amenities associated with the upgraded room such as unlimited speciality dining and bar set up in room. Various posts on this forum say conflicting things. Our CC status is Select. 
We checked in today and I noticed our Xpress pass says CALL on it. Has anyone else had this when booked in a suite? I had expected it to say PALL. Grateful for any views on both of these matters.

If you booked your suite with Retreat amenities (not cruise only) then yes your Xpress pass should say PALL.  A call to shoreside concierge 1-877-RETREAT should get that straight easy enough

 

As far as MoveUp to Royal or Signature suite yes you get the All-In benefits as they come with the suite (are not booking perks).
