Hello, I’m booked on the Billiant Lady for a Caribbean voyage 4/13/24 out of Puerto Rico.  This is our first time sailing with Virgin, is this normal for their app? When would my reservation show up?

The app is as wonky as it gets.  I did my onboard check in weeks ago and today my cruise wouldn't show up.  You can either wait (as per the message you got) or call VV and ask for tech support.  Based on your message, I'd just wait.

It’s normal for Brilliant Lady San Juan sailings as that ship isn’t up and running yet.

Same for us, not surprising as Brilliant Lady isn’t in service yet.
