Are teens allowed in with parents? What is the aptmosphere like?

I can't imagine why not. They certainly go to all the Senor Frogs in Mexico.

We were there recently ..and there were families there ..this was during the day ...it is pretty close to the port too...

We had ours there last summer. My kids were 17 and 18 but look 20+ so that may be why no one said anything. They were even served drinks that I ordered for them.

I think that since it is a Bar and Restaurant there shouldn't be a problem. We and our kids have now been to several of the Carlos & Charlies and Senior Frogs. I've seen families at all of them at one time or another.

There are times however that YOU might not want your children there.... Keep in mind it is a place where people go to party and sometimes be a little naughty. Depending on your family standards it might not be appropriate. Up till 5pm you should be fine though.

Senor Frogs is extremely LOUD, you have to yell at the waiters and at the people you sit with. You also have to walk through a metal detector and possibly be frisked. Yikes!

my cruise leaves out of san juan and i wanted to go for lunch or dinner at senor frogs with my parents (im a teen) so i was wondering the same thing..
