How Soon after docking for flight from AEP?

Family of 3 will be flying directly to IGR from AEP after disembarkation at Buenos Aires.  How soon after planned docking (5am) is safe to book flight?  We currently have a Noon flight but would love to get an earlier one if possible to maximize our time in Iguazu.  TIA.

we, too, face the same dilemma.   Also just bought our flights within the last few days.   Decided to opt for the 1:15 flight out of AEP.     I now understand why people stay in BA first; gives  more certainty when choosing flights.

We chose the same flight.  Plans are to arrange transport to the BA hotel we'll stay at after our trip to Iguazu Falls to drop of the bulk of our luggage, go to a blue currency exchange place then taxi to AEP.  The hotel will hold the large suitcases so here's hoping it's carry-on only on Aerolinas Argentines.

For the return day, we did book a service to take us to the Brazil side then transport us to the airport.

Dropping luggage at your hotel is a great strategy since the luggage allowance going to IGR is pretty small.  Even if it were not strictly enforced, I would not want to have to lug it along.  Exchanging money in BA is probably easier, as well.  AEP is quite close to the cruise port and taxis are pretty cheap.  Be sure to allow enough time to cross the border.  And, beginning 10/1/23, Brazil visas will be required.
