Bought a placeholder onboard last week - Says $600 onboard credit

Does anyone know how that $600 is split up? It just says $600.  

 

I had purchased an extra $300 to get $50 extra on our cruise last week.  When we boarded it showed this in our Add Ons (I kept a screenshot.) However, it never got put in our Wallet.  

 

I called Sailor Services and they said that my credit card was declined which I found out was untrue.  I checked when I got home and found that I was never billed for the extra $300/$50.

 

In this case it wasn't a problem since we didn't need the extra monies.  However, I am perplexed how this occurred.  Has this ever happened to anyone?

The $600 is just sailor loot (can be used for anything onboard or at the beach club in Bimini), so no split.  You also get $300 off the fare with that discount.

 

That is weird about the bar tab, though!
