NCteacherlovescruising Posted June 18, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2023 We have a cruise booked with NCL for next summer, Athens to Venice. They only let you go one or two days on either side of the cruise which doesn’t work for us. It’s super cheap though, apx $1500 for both of us from Charlotte. I’m wondering if we should keep it for the low fare to Athens and just not use the return flight. Does anyone know if we have the ability to upgrade cruise air? We do not want to fly standard economy that far.
megr1125 Posted June 18, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2023 TBH I'd not use NCL's air and just buy your own tickets. Sure it may be cheaper but NCL will probably NOT tell you the flight info until 30-45 days out and they are 100% inflexible. Some have reported that with other cruise lines and various carriers they were able to upgrade. I've never tried as I book what I want in the first place. Cheap isn't always good. Caveat Emptor.
