Declare or not declare condition?

I had a scan which indicated possible liver damage. A second scan was satisfactory. So I may or may not have liver damage! Can I get insurance excluding liver problems but covering anything else?

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about non-USA travel insurance plans.

Fionboard - did you get a resolution to your insurance issues ? I would have thought a second all clear scan would mean your premium should not be affected - or was it ?
