For Aurea class passengers on the Meraviglia.... where is the "dining in a dedicated restaurant or area"???

I believe the Panorama Restaurant is set aside for Aurea.

Try to get a table in an area set aside to the left, next to the window, when entering the Panorama restaurant and going to the lower level. Pleasant, quiet and very enjoyable.

The others are correct, that there is a designated section in the Panorama MDR for Aurea. It's near the rear windows, so you should be able to get a good view.
