Phoning HAL for upgrade offer

I called the HAL upsell phone number listed above.  Less than 3 weeks to 14-day Asia cruise, was quoted $699pp to move from VE to SB (corner aft).  I took it and was able to cancel/get a refund for the previous prepaid laundry package (free laundry with SB/Neptune suite).
