Volendam Gym Equipment

I am wondering what sort of exercise equipment will be onboard Volendam? Would there be:

• squat rack
• smith machine
• free weight

Free weights and various machines. I don’t know the names but they had quite a good variety.  Also lots of cardio bikes, rowers and treadmills.  It is well provisioned and for my cruise little used.  I never had a problem doing my routine

Definitely have a squat rack.  Very well stocked gym for a small ship and pretty empty on our Grand South America.  Probably depends on the age group on your voyage.
