Excursion recommendations for Falmouth

I am going to be on Oasis of the Seas in November and stopping in Falmouth. After reading through some posts, it has become apparent to me that I really don't want to do anything on my own in Falmouth. I am wondering if anyone has done any excursions they would recommend? I have not been to Jamaica so would like to experience it but want to ensure we are safe doing so.
