Celebrity millennium cruise stopped offering drinks package option

A few days ago I was being offered options for the drinks package on a celebrity millennium cruise from Mumbai in feb 2025. Now, there is no option at all for choosing a drinks package. I can only book a room, and an option to include gratuities. Why would it change like that? I can still book the drinks package if I try to book the same cruise on celebrity’s own website.
