Purchasing Rum on a Carnival Excursion

We will be on a Breeze cruise to the Carribean soon. We have a shore excursion taking us to a rum tasting with the opportunity to purchase some for ourselves. What happens when we bring them back to the ship?

Security will direct you to a table or area when you return to the ship and that person takes your liquor and your cabin number and you can pick it up at 6am on disembarkation day or it will be delivered to your cabin the night before. I believe on 5 day cruises you will need to pick up.
