Checking in for multiple rooms

I am planning to check in ourselves and our friends for our upcoming cruise. What info would I need from them to be able to do that so we can all get the same time to get on the cruise?

I agree that the friends can fill in all their details later, but I assume @hazeleyes46 would need their friends sign-on information to get into their booking to be able to choose a check in time for them.
