Transportation in Port Everglades

Hire a car or book a car service.

(But the traffic and driving around Miami is awful, and you'd be driving on the other side of the road)

Or take a taxi each way. ($100 ish each way)

 

There is a train (Brightline) but it only runs once an hour and I wouldn't rely on it to be back at a specific time. You'd need a taxi to and from it's Lauderdale station and it'll also eat into your day trip time a lot.
