Any NCL Port Canaveral suggestions for first timers?

We'll be driving to PC in December and have never done a cruise before.   So just looking for some pointers / do's / don'ts / watch out for PC.   ie: best parking lot  / how to drop off wife / luggage while I go park or do it like at the airport where you park then put luggage on shuttle and they take you to the docks?   Not sure exactly how close / far etc etc things are..

 

Just give me your ideas of how-to 🙂  Thanks!
