Overnight Experience: Grand Cairo shore excursion. Is this a good tour?

We will be sailing on the Pursuit to Alexandria for 2 days and are considering this shore excursion.  The description is lacking in detail, so I'm asking for feedback to people who have done this excursion.  What hotel did you stay at and how was it?  How was the included dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel?  How was the riverboat lunch?   The first day ends with the pyramid lightshow in the evening, so when was dinner before or after the show?  Lastly, the ship departs at 8:00pm so when did you get back to the ship on day 2?

 

Any and all feedback is appreciated.
