Bonaire island tour on our own

We were in Bonaire December 2019 and did a non ship island tour that we happened upon after we got off the ship. We will be there again in December 2023 with some friends and are hoping to do this again. Does anyone know if this is still an option?  And would it be doable with being in port 6am to 1pm. I don’t recall who the tour company was but it was a shared van that took 8 people.

If you went with Bonaire Vista Tours, they no longer appear to be in operation.
