Champagne on Regent Seven Seas

I was wondering if Regent offers complimentary champagne as part of the available beverages. I have been on Seabourn and they always have champagne available.

In all Suites, on all ships.  Bottle of "complimentary champagne" on ice in bucket, will greet you upon entering the Suite.

Curious as to what champagne is the standard pour? Is there any difference what champagne you get in your suite if you stay in Penthouse?

Monopole Blue Top is the standard pour.  You can request additional bottles thru your stewardess or butler (if PH and above) as needed. On embarkation day, those in UPPER suites as well as guests with SSS status of Titanium and above (staying in any category) will have one welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot.  Additional bottles delivered will be Monopole.
