Air Malta - Online check in

Afternoon

We are due to fly from London Heathrow to Malta with AirMalta for our Azura cruise. We’ve tried to check in online 24hrs prior, but cannot find a booking reference anywhere on any of the documentation on our P&O account or flight confirmation sent via Iglu Cruises. Is this normal? Are we only able to check in at the airport before departure or should we be able to check in online prior? P&O and Iglu are both impossible to get through on the phone

I assume this is a package created by your t/a and your airline reference will be in the Iceman's customer portal if it is a package made by them.

 

Unfortunately the CC site doesn't allow travel agents information to be shared.  You will find the info by following the link from the home page of your online agent (Iceman) to the section marked Help Centre.  You can then go to My Booking and within that should be your flight details to enter into Air Malta's check in screen.

I don't use your TA but they do have urgent no on web site and web chat maybe get them to contact you .
