Silver Endeavour Artic Cruise

Given the luggage restrictions for travel to the Artic, what items does Silversea provide for use in the veranda cabins on Silver Endeavour?

1. Hats/Caps

2. Binoculars

3. Backpacks

one pair binocs to use, a waterproof backpack and expedition jacket, no hat, rental boots available. 

we are on the 8/10 R/T pond inlet trip.

Hello PAllison. Would love to hear about flight to Iqaluit, hotel there, if boots are needed to get on zodiac to ship in Iqaluit, and much more. Please share. I'm on the August 20th cruise.  Thx!

23 kg checked in  bag and small handbag for the charter flights.

Flight to and from iqualuit was on the SILVERSEA  chartered jet (737 I think), boots not needed for boarding. We only had 3 zodiac tours due to sea conditions and polar bears in the area.

We'll be flying to Kanerlussaq from New York, and from Pond Inlet to Montreal. Most of our stops are in Greenland, and most of the expeditions are "Expedition Activities with Silversea Expedition Team"

 

Any information on what to pack would be very helpful 😁

Pack warm casual clothes, Bathing suit, waterproof pants, they will give you a warm parka, gloves (recommend vallerret), warm beenie hat ( alpaka warmest), rental boots.
