You can choose your arrival appointment time 14 days prior to sailing when the checkin window opens (16 days for Diamond and Platinum). Your actual boarding time will vary depending on ship's arrival, coast guard or health inspections, or other issues that may arise.

 

Typically, the earliest arrival window is 10 to 10:30 AM and then goes from there in 30 minute increments (10:30 to 11, 11 to 11:30, etc...).

Ahh. That explains a lot. My wife doesn't ever tell me when she uses the credit card and then I am surprised by the bill sometimes when it arrives the following month lol.
