From NCL Prima @ Harvest Caye to Viator Tours... Yes or No?

Viator.com has some good tours that NCL does not, but they start from Belize City.  In particular, I'm intrigued by the Cave Tubing Adventure.  But how do you get from the ship to Belize City?  Help!!  And THANKS!
