Research, Research, Research....NCL's flight program isn't all it is cracked up to be and research would have provided you with the knowledge to make a decision that suited your wants and needs.

An organized Group Leader takes responsibility for their decisions and actions.  As you describe it, you, "TOOK THE RISK".  By not organizing and arranging your group's airfare and risking your satisfaction with an unknown (NCL's Air), you set yourself up for failure.
